CONTENT USE & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

School of Oud Online

By accessing, enrolling in, or using any content from the School of Oud Online (“the Platform”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidential & Protected Content

All materials provided on the School of Oud Online are confidential and proprietary, including but not limited to:

• PDF files
• Sheet music
• Videos
• Audio recordings
• Lessons
• Exercises
• Curriculum
• Digital or printed educational materials

All content is the intellectual property of Ramy Adly and the School of Oud Online.

2. Personal Use Only (One User License)

Access is granted to one individual user only.
You agree that:

• Content is for your personal study only
• You may NOT share your login or materials with anyone
• Only paid members may access the content
• Each account is for one user only

 

3. No Sharing Without Written Permission

You may not copy, forward, sell, upload, distribute, or share any content unless you receive written permission from the School of Oud
Online.

This includes:
• Screenshots
• Screen recordings
• PDF files
• Printed copies
• Audio or video recordings
• Email or messaging apps
• Social media platforms

Any sharing without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Watermark & Identification

Materials may contain visible or hidden watermarks with your name or account details.
This is used to identify unauthorized distribution.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You do not own the content.
All rights remain with Ramy Adly and the School of Oud Online.
No part of the content may be reproduced or used for teaching, resale, or public distribution.

6. Violation of Terms

If you violate this agreement, the School of Oud Online may:
• Terminate your access immediately without refund
• Remove your account
• Request removal of shared content
• Take legal action if necessary

7. Duration

These terms remain in effect during and after your membership or course access ends.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and students’ International law.

9. Acceptance

By clicking “I Agree”, creating an account, or accessing any content on the School of Oud Online, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood this agreement
• You agree to follow all terms above
